This is not an unofficial mirror or edited file, hence it should be safe to use (if You trust Hoyoverse/Mihoyo). I just captured the Download link from the Launcher and am sharing it here.
These are the exact same files that the Launcher uses to Download and Install the Game/Updates. These are the links for directly downloading the Game files from Official Hoyoverse's Server. Paste this file in the same folder as the Game. If You are Manually Updating (not recommended since 2.4), don't do it before the Update is Live (March 1st 2023, 06:00 UTC+8). The following links can be used to download the files and it is RECOMMENDED to use the Launcher to do the Update/Installation. ALWAYS HAVE A BACKUP OF THE CURRENT GAME FILES AND THE UPDATE FILES BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.
